Depending on how the service is used, we process account data, organization data, member data, fee and invoice data, message content, and technical usage data (for example IP address, log files, and device and session information).
We process data to provide the platform, manage memberships, handle payments, send transactional email, and keep the service secure and stable. Active members also receive a weekly overview of new statements, articles, and events from the Austrian Committee for NATO Enlargement while their membership is active and they have not opted out. Opt-out is available in the member profile and via the link in each email. This is association communication, not a public newsletter. Legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (membership), Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (legal obligations), and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation and informing members).
